A truly friendly backpacker kind of place, situated about 1,5 km from "city center" and the main temple in Bhud Gaya. The wonderfully helpful daily caretaker of the guesthouse, Manoj, makes your stay in Bhud Gaya easy. This is NOT luxury. Far from. But beds are clean, hot water is turned on at the arrival of guests, and it's cheap and secure.

Worst stay ever in my life I was misguided a lot by hotel guy Manoj Yadav When I booked this hotel he said its 8 km from Gaya station but its 15 km, and thia is not at all in Bodhgaya its in nearby village where Gaya auto dont go, so we have to change auto, now when I reached its situated in a village with no views at all and 4 km from Bodhgaya, after check inn we came to know there is no lift here and our room is in thank floor, sow I am travelling with my 74 year old uncle and 68 year old father , initially Manoj service guy is helpful but property is worst, we have already sent advance so we have to stay here as other hotel are sold out due to pind daan pooja, even rooms are not okay, washroom don't have drainage system and after bath water got stuck, no restaurant or food availability there we need to order from zomato, for next day I booked auto for gaya with a guy who is friend of Manoj but next day after checkout that idiot starts fight with my cousin just because he don't want to go to Gaya even after prior booking and this guy manoj is supporting him. Trust me guys these are not only unprofessional but also fraud who gives you all fake info so that you will stay here but once you reach guest house you know reality. Its better to stay in beautiful Bodhgaya than this village with more price. I am a hotelier and this was worst stay I even had. Stay away from Kundan guest house

We chose this guest house for a transit halt. The establishment did not disappoint us. Clean property having rooms with basic amenities. All the places of interest are within walking distance, but you can take the help of e-rickshaws as well. But this property does not have a restaurant.

Stay several time here and always feel like home,meeting all those young guys who is alway ready to help in all situation like booking the train ticket,taxi and information about Bodhgàya,Mahakala Cave and Rajgir Nalanda that was really helpful for us.so, I will highly recommend this place.we truly feel like home away from home:)

Unlike usual visitors, we stayed at the hotel just for transit purposes. The place was good, I wouldn't say excellent, but nothing to complain as well. I really liked the art in the hotel walls, something to look forward to. They also have a small souvenirs shop near the reception, if you need to buy something quickly.
